OUR Services
Context, Gender & Risks analysis
In complex and volatiles contexts, such as forced displacements settings, due to conflicts or natural disasters, it’s essential to understand the operational environment in order to reach the persons in need and provide safe and effective responses. By undertaking context, gender and risk analysis we can help your organisation to understand inner factors and power dynamics shaping the operating environment. By identifying & mapping services and the main stakeholders, we support your teams to reach the persons most in need through a safe and successful response.
Project Management & Capacity building
From the initial idea, to the implantation, monitoring and evaluation of past activities, we provide our services along the full path of your project. Thanks to our different expertise, we can support your team with capacity building through trainings, workshops and coaching on the job activities. Whether it requires engineering capabilities to assess the feasibility of a hydropower plant, mitigation strategies to protect the most vulnerable persons in forced displacements or build capacities in establishing a sustainable rural community living in equilibrium with its natural resources, our team is your right choice.
Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning
By developing tailored methodologies, we help your organisation to regularly monitor the project activities. Thanks to our experience, we support you for collection and analysis of both qualitative and quantitative, sex, age and diversity disaggregated data. By applying the OECD-DAC criteria (relevance, effectiveness, efficiency, impact and sustainability), we evaluate your ongoing or completed project. We also examine the added value of your organisation’s action, assess its specific contribution with respect to other interventions or ways of proceeding and highlight both its strengths and weaknesses.
