Hycon provided a comprehensive context and risk analysis for an EU funded regional Protection Programme (PROMISA), implemented by Caritas and its international Consortium, targeting vulnerable migrants travelling across Mali, Burkina Faso and Niger. Our experts successfully developed a full methodology, including data collection and stakeholders mapping, facilitated workshops with the main actors across the region and provided a final report including main recommendations and risk management strategy.
